A New Entryway

Today I am looking at a steel and glass entry fence by Jeffrey Gordon Smith Landscape Architecture via Houzz.

A dramatic new entry focal point was created with a steel and sand blasted glass screen designed to provide interest and privacy…The screen not only provides privacy for this interior garden but a backdrop to what could be an undesirable view off site while still allowing the important morning eastern light to enter the garden. At night, the screen’s dramatic lighting changes the outdoor mood with changing colors from simple romantic yellow tones to passionate pinks, reds and blues.

Looks so much better from the inside out.

    • Yeah, the outside shot doesn’t “wow” you. I would like to see a shot of the outside at night. I think that the plants could make for a great nightime view.

Thanks for all of your thoughtful comments!
