Today I am looking at a glam home gym.
I would bet that 95% of you have made a New Year resolution to get more exercise this year. When I was younger this resolution never came up. I find that the older I get, the more I make this resolution. It is important for your health to stay fit.
My home gym is in the basement of my home. Trust me, it doesn’t look anything like this glam home gym by Tara Dudley Interiors that I found on Houzz.
Most of the home gyms that I see have plain, wall-to-wall mirrors installed. When I see these rooms I know right away that they are a home gym. I can almost smell the sweat. Not in this room! This room would make me feel fabulous.
In this room, I can hear Billy Crystal saying “Darling, you look marvelous.”
The mirrors in this room add so much character and depth to the space. These mirrors appear as if they are a decorative element in the room and not part of the equipment.
This home gym room makes me want to put on my expensive workout clothes, brush my hair, and put on my jewellery just to do my workout!
Outstanding room – I would probably forget to exercise in this beautiful space!
