Kickstarter: Turtle Magic: A Children’s Book in Stained Glass
Turtle Magic is a children’s book that started with a small turtle in the middle of the road in a park. That little turtle has spawned much creative work. The goal of the project is to translate the illustrations into glass, utilizing several methods of glass production including stained, fused, etched, and painted glass. When finished, there will be a total of sixteen two-foot by two-foot panels shown at the Warwick Museum of Art in Rhode Island in the Spring of 2013 at The Light Show, and the final pieces will be photographed and made into a self-published children’s book.
I’ve tried to embed the video from Kickstarter about 10 times and each time I save a draft copy of the blog it disappears. I’ll just put a link —-> HERE <—- and leave it up to you to watch the video.
