My Summer Vacation

Today…

I am taking a summer vacation!

I am approaching 2 years of blogging here at Looking At Glass.  I know, I can’t believe it either!  I can honestly say that writing this blog gives me the opportunity to learn something new every day.  I love writing it.  That being said, it is good to take a break every now and then.  Right?

Beginning today, I am officially on vacation!

I thought about posting past blog posts while I’m on vacation.  Then, I thought it would be hilarious to post this same video each day while I’m gone:

But, I thought that it might be a bit boastful and get really annoying.

In the end, I have decided that the best thing to do is to just take a complete break and do nothing with the blog while I am basking in the sun (or tending to a painful sunburn).

Blogging has become such a part of my daily routine that I think it will be difficult for me  to get up in the morning and not sit down at the computer to write about glass.  I am adding this vacation to my growing list of fun challenges in my life.

I hope you all will be well and safe while I am gone and I promise to be back on July 11th.
