Today I am looking at what might be the most beautiful table I have ever shared on this blog. This stunning table, the Hana Table, is the creation of Shige Hasegawa Design. I must confess that this table was featured on the Contemporist blog way, way, way back in 2009. That was before I started to seek out beautiful glass objects to share. Hey, it’s new to me, so that makes it Looking At Glass blog worthy! According to Contemporist:
The design of the table makes use of an Origami (paper folding) technique, and uses five plywood legs with no screws or nails to hold the glass top. The design makes the table easy to disassemble and ideal for flat-pack shipping.
How clever! The Hana Table even has its own Facebook page.
