3form recently featured a project, the Arkansas Institute, that used High Res images and glass. The photos on the glass really looked great.
A picture is worth a thousand words, so designers placed glass fins along the side of the structure that evoke the pages of a book. The fins utilize 3form HighRes Pressed Glass XT to depict scenes and people from the rich history of Arkansas. The historic images were selected from the archives of the Butler Center for Arkansas Studies, which is an integral part of the Arkansas Studies Institute.
Today I am dreaming of designing an office space and what I would do with a glass partition wall. I would use High Res image printed glass in the partition. If you read this blog regularly, you know that each Friday I have fun with old photographs. So, my office would have glass walls like these.

I would swap out the clear glass for High Res image printed glass. Each office would have a different image.

If I had a technology company I would use these images on glass for my office:

Perhaps, with the work I do, I would use each a combination of drafting, office, and technology! How fun! The possibilities are endless. Imagine your space, office, or home using High Res image print glass with retro images. What pictures would you use?

Patricia,
Coral can do this as well with our Image Vision product line. This technology is really going to become more and more popular in the decorative world. Gorgeous work here.
Hi Lewis! Thank you for letting me (and the readers) know about Coral’s Image Vision product line. No doubt, it has the same outstanding quality as the rest of Coral’s products.
I love this idea!
