Award Winning Harlem Hospital

Today I am admiring Glass Magazine’s 2010 Crystal Achievement Award winner for most innovative decorative glass project, commercial.  The recently completed Harlem Hospital in New York.

Selected by a panel of judges representing all segments of the glass industry, the awards recognize the best products and glass applications the commercial, retail and fabrication markets have to offer.

The mural façade is made up of 429 individually printed panes of glass.  To learn more about this project, please read the Harlem Hospital Case Study posted on General Glass International’s (GGI) website.  Beautiful.
